Was a beautiful experience. The day started out wonderfully with Mr. Archie giving an informative presentation about the history. He was expressive and knowledgeable and it was obvious that he is passionate about what he does.
My guide was a young man( can’t remember his name) who was great as well. I was particularly impressed with the way he helped a. Member of another tour group who got separated from her group. He ensured that his group was safe and secure then ensured the lost visitor got reconnected with her group.
The only “negative” was that the lights did not turn on in the first cave but honestly I preferred it that way. It added to the experience. As if we were real cave explorers.
If I had to give an area for improvement, I’d say there could be improve on their microphones so they could be heard more clearly.
It was a great experience and I recommend it to visitors 100%. Thank you for a great time!!!
Jackie was so wonderful in arranging our private tour with Graham to see the things that interested us most. And Graham was a fabulous guide who went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss anything. His family history added extra flavor to our tour! I really appreciate the fact that both of them are true locals and willing to share their incredibly rich history.

My husband & I booked a 4 hour tour with Jackie’s company. How fortunate to have Graham as our driver! As a native, he knew every hidden gem on Grand Cayman! We didn’t want to see the same old tourist spots; we asked to go to places he would take visiting family. I can not imagine there is a hidden nook left! Graham was thorough & knowledgeable & left no stone unturned. Literally!

We had an amazing visit to several places in Grand Cayman with Jackie’s tour. Our guide was a lifelong resident of the island and had a wealth of information to share with us. Highlights included the turtle sanctuary, a wonderful lunch overlooking the sea, a beach visit, a short stop in Hell, and a last minute stop for local rum. We travelled in comfort and had a relaxing day. Meeting Jackie, with whom I had corresponded a lot planning our visit, was a special treat. I cannot recommend Jackie highly enough.
My family and I had a private tour arranged through Jackie with Graham as our driver. We came via cruise ship and it was very easy to book in advance and find the meeting spot. Since we had other beach days planned, we opted for a land tour. Two adults and 3 kids ages 9-14. We learned so much from Graham about the island and it was great to hear so much from a local and be able to ask questions. We stopped at the blowholes, toured the botanical gardens, had some lunch, visited the Pedro House and made a few stops for shopping. Graham made sure we had a wonderful time everywhere by personally touring us around at the gardens and house. The kids were engaged in the tour throughout. I highly recommend Jackie’s tours!
My family (3 adults, one child age 3) booked a tour with Mrs. Jackie’s company. From the moment I saw the reviews on this company and read that they provide private tours, I was impressed. Contacting Mrs. Jackie further solidified this. She was very responsive and helped me craft an island tour that was personal and met the needs of our family perfectly. We also did roundtrip transportation from the airport to our resort on east end with this company and could not have been happier. Mrs. Jackie connected me to Lady D (as she is affectionately known) who was at the airport promptly (she was easy to locate in her wonderful signature hat!). This trip was to celebrate my sister’s birthday and I inquired about flowers on arrival and Lady D came through for me! My sister was so pleasantly surprised! Lady D went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction at all times. We went to the crystal caves, starfish point, and to a local restaurant during our amazing day. We were also scheduled to go to the botanic gardens but we were too tired, lol. Lady D and Mrs. Jackie remained in contact with us throughout our trip and were a fount of knowledge with spot on suggestions of other places to go and things to do on the island. Overall, I could not have chosen a better company for our transfers and tours. I feel like we made lifelong friends and when we travel back to the Cayman Islands, Mrs. Jackie’s company will be our preferred travel guide. We reached out to Jackie before arrival and she arranged a great tour of Grand Cayman. We hit all the spots we wanted to see. Shawn was our guide and he did a wonderful job. He is very personable and kept us informed about the history of Grand Cayman. He planned it so we had a nice route and stopped for a great lunch at a local restaurant. We saw the Turtle Farm, Hell, Star Fish Point, Wreck of the Ten Sail, the Blow Holes and Pedro St. James, my personal favorite. All in all it was a very pleasant day. We were a party of six and all enjoyed the experience. Thank you Jackie and Shawn!
I had a wonderful excursion with Jackie today! I was the only one signed up & she could have cancelled the tour, but took me on a 45-minute trip (each way) to Crystal Caves. It was a pleasure to meet her and get to know her; she is an interesting person and we had a great conversation. I can highly-recommend Jackie’s tours.
Jackie was wonderful! Friendly, informative, prompt and flexible. She offered a couple of locations on the beach to be dropped at depending on your personal preferences for cost and amenities. She communicated well prior to our arrival to keep us informed. Very important coming off a cruise ship, she plans our pick up to allow plenty of time to return to the pier for the tender back to the boat. I highly recommend her. We will definitely be in touch with her when we return to the Caymans.
